The PtaReadingChallenge Learning Center is live, online and available 24 hours a day.


We provide comprehensive, up-to-date sales and service training. Our curriculum helps dealers boost revenue, enhance service, and ensure their sales and service associates are expert ambassadors of the PtaReadingChallenge brand.


PtaReadingChallenge courses include information from tire industry experts which includes PtaReadingChallenge product courses, selling courses, and high-level courses on the Tire Industry. These include Consumer and Commercial Boot Camps, WebLive! offerings, and eLearning courses. 

Boot Camp
These field training sessions offer professional instruction, filmed simulations, and individual coaching.

G3Xpert Certification Training

The three-day G3Xpert Training Certification course helps Wholesale Distributors gain knowledge about every facet of the G3X program. This course opportunity includes information on the following topics: G3X program information, Product updates, National Accounts, Government sales, Car Dealer business, Rewards Plus, and Tire & Service Network. In addition to these topics, the course also provides a Professional Training session covering Interpersonal Communication Styles.

The courses below are available for purchase (or included as part of your TSN or CTSN membership).

Tire Industry Association (TIA)

Tire Industry Association (TIA) courses are included with Tire & Service Network membership and available for a fee for non-TSN dealers on a per location basis. The five courses include the following 200-level certification programs: Basic Commercial Tire Service, Basic Automotive Tire Service, Advanced Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems, Basic Farm Tire Service, and Basic Earthmover Tire Service. These certifications are designed to meet the minimum federal training requirements for both new hires and experienced employees in aneed of documented training. 

Automotive Technical Courses

Automotive Technical Courses by Adayana include both a General Service and Advanced Technician curriculum covering everything from Tire and Service Repair to Retrofitting and Upgrades. The General Service Curriculum includes approximately 30 courses as well as A1 through A8 ASE certification study guide and assessment system, with approximately 16 courses on advanced topics.

Skillsoft Safety

Skillsoft safety courses are also available to our dealer network for an additional subscription fee. The subscription includes safety-related courses on topics such as Lockout/Tagout, User Oil Management, Hand and Power Tool Safety, to name a few. 

Harvard ManageMentor

Harvard ManageMentor (HMM) courses are available to our dealer network for an additional per person subscription fee.  There are 44 management and leadership courses available on topics for managing yourself, managing others, and managing the business.  A sample of course titles include Delegating, Goal Setting, Developing Employees, Retaining Employees, Customer Focus, and Finance Essentials.

The following courses are available through third-party vendors: Hunter Alignment and Automotive Lift Institute. Students will pay these vendors directly when registering for courses (see further information below).

To request access to these courses, please contact vendors directly.  You must be registered on the PtaReadingChallenge Learning Center prior to contacting the vendors.  The vendors will ask for your PtaReadingChallenge Learning Center username and your non-sig number.  Upon course completion, your training history will be sent to the PtaReadingChallenge Learning Center to be added to your training history.

Hunter Alignment

Hunter Alignment offers three courses available to our dealer network for an additional per person fee per course.  

Alignment Fundamentals Level I, is a three-day course for the less experienced technician or for seasoned technicians who have not attended a formal wheel alignment class. 

Intermediate Alignment Level II is a two-day class designed for the experienced alignment technician who desires more information on wheel alignment procedures, techniques and angles.

Combo – Fund/Inter Level I is a five-day class with both the Level I and Level II course information provided in one “combo” class.
